  • Size Exchanges Only: We offer size exchanges only. Returns or refunds are not accepted.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, with product tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Reporting Period: Exchanges must be reported within 3 days of delivery for orders within India.

2. Exchange Process

  • Initiating an Exchange: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@olivestore.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

3. Manufacturing Defects

  • Reporting Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@olivestore.in or +91 78279 90738 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for items with verified manufacturing defects. Please provide detailed information and photos of the defect when contacting us. If the refund is approved, Refund will be provided within 7 working days

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel and accessories, may not be eligible for exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
